JLR North America is looking for a People & Places Intern for our 2025/26 program. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in the automotive industry by supporting our core People (HR) and Places (Property & Facilities) functions. You'll contribute to a team dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture where every employee can bring their authentic self to work.
What You'll Do
- Support People and Places operations across the employee lifecycle and handle initial queries from our team of over 500 employees.
- Analyze people-related data to identify patterns, surface insights, and recommend improvements.
- Document and refine team processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day challenges with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
- Assist with projects focused on delivering a great employee experience, spanning talent acquisition, development, culture, and organization.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate student for the 2025/26 academic year in a financial or business-related program.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $18/hour.
Work Mode
This internship follows a hybrid work model and is based at our office in Mahwah, NJ.
