Reliance Health was looking for a People Partner Associate

Reliance Health is looking for a dedicated People Partner Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated divisions, acting as a consultant on People Operations matters and serving as both an employee advocate and a change agent.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a primary point of contact for managers and employees in your assigned business unit.
  • Understand business objectives and support HR strategies to align with them.
  • Provide guidance on basic HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing and resolving employee relations issues, conducting initial investigations and escalating complex matters.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support the implementation and execution of performance management systems.
  • Assist line managers with performance reviews, development plans, and addressing underperformance.
  • Assist in the talent acquisition process and support a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Help develop and implement employee retention programs.
  • Identify basic training needs and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to deliver relevant programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness.
  • Provide basic guidance on compensation and benefits, supporting annual review processes.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise and assisting in the development of change management strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and training during periods of change.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience with performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and the Microsoft Office Suite.
