About the Role
This position supports the design and execution of people-focused initiatives, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive employee journey across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date personnel records and HR documentation
- Coordinate internal HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies
- Partner with HR team members to improve employee experience initiatives
- Help manage internal communications related to people operations
- Track employee lifecycle events and update relevant systems
- Provide administrative support for performance review cycles
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing company-wide people-related events
- Maintain data accuracy in HR management systems
- Support the implementation of internal process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on people data projects
- Help ensure adherence to local labor regulations
- Contribute to internal reporting on workforce metrics
- Facilitate employee recognition programs
- Assist in gathering feedback through surveys and people analytics
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
- Coordinate logistics for internal training sessions
- Help manage employee records in compliance with data privacy standards
- Work with external vendors on HR-related services
Nice to Have
- Experience in a tech or startup environment
- Prior work in healthcare or regulated industries
- Familiarity with international employment practices
- Additional language proficiency
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Background in employee experience design
- Exposure to global onboarding processes
