About the Role

This position supports the design and execution of people-focused initiatives, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive employee journey across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date personnel records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate internal HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Partner with HR team members to improve employee experience initiatives
  • Help manage internal communications related to people operations
  • Track employee lifecycle events and update relevant systems
  • Provide administrative support for performance review cycles
  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing company-wide people-related events
  • Maintain data accuracy in HR management systems
  • Support the implementation of internal process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on people data projects
  • Help ensure adherence to local labor regulations
  • Contribute to internal reporting on workforce metrics
  • Facilitate employee recognition programs
  • Assist in gathering feedback through surveys and people analytics
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
  • Coordinate logistics for internal training sessions
  • Help manage employee records in compliance with data privacy standards
  • Work with external vendors on HR-related services

  • Prior work in healthcare or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with international employment practices
