EX Squared is seeking a People Operations Generalist to own and execute core HR functions across our fully distributed team in Latin America. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will partner closely with leadership to streamline processes and deliver a seamless employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies
- Partner closely with leadership, Finance, and external vendors
- Streamline and own core HR and people operations processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and administer benefits
- Support recruiting efforts and coordinate systems and IT access
- Help build scalable people infrastructure and strengthen organizational culture
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a hands-on HR generalist or people operations role
- Expert knowledge of local labor regulations across Latin America
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle for a distributed team
- Ability to partner effectively with leadership, finance, and external vendors
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in a remote, collaborative environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Colombia. You'll be part of a fast-moving, collaborative, and remote-friendly company culture.
