EX Squared is looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be a key partner in managing the entire employee lifecycle for our team members based in Brazil.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in Brazil
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and local regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration for the Brazilian team
- Assist with performance review cycles and employee development initiatives
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and processes
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an HR coordination or generalist role
- In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and employment regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving ability and high attention to detail
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
