What You'll Do
Lead the development of a resilient, remote-first culture that operates seamlessly across regions and time zones. You’ll ensure every team member feels connected, supported, and aligned with organizational goals, regardless of location.
Design and manage an efficient onboarding process that accelerates time-to-productivity for new hires, integrating them into the workflow and culture quickly and effectively.
Partner with legal and finance leads to oversee contractor agreements and ensure compliance with labor regulations in multiple jurisdictions, including Canada and LATAM.
Collaborate with financial operations to coordinate timely compensation, including digital asset disbursements, maintaining accuracy and transparency across all payments.
Develop and maintain performance review frameworks that support accountability, growth, and alignment with company objectives. Serve as a trusted resource for resolving interpersonal challenges and improving team dynamics.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years in HR, People Operations, or related roles, ideally within fast-moving startups or technology-driven environments
- Familiarity with Web3 concepts and experience supporting decentralized teams
- Proven success in cultivating engagement and performance in fully remote organizations
- Strong proficiency with digital collaboration platforms, particularly in large-scale remote settings
- Ability to design structured processes from unstructured environments, ensuring scalability and consistency
- Demonstrated discretion when managing confidential employee and compensation data
