Babcock International is looking for a People Advisor Team Leader to lead a team delivering a modern, customer-focused HR service. You will shape the employee experience and strengthen HR support across our defence, aerospace, and engineering teams within the PeopleCentre.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of People Advisors, ensuring service standards and performance expectations are met.
- Motivate and develop the team, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help them deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and HR colleagues to plan resource levels, forecast workload, and maintain service consistency.
- Support the team in handling varied queries by encouraging initiative, creative thinking, and confident problem solving.
- Ensure that customer service areas are effectively resourced to meet demand and maintain high levels of service.
What We're Looking For
- CIPD Level 3 qualification.
- Commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive and professional relationships.
- Ability to adapt, problem‑solve and maintain consistent service levels.
- Motivational leadership skills with experience guiding and empowering others.
