Join C.H. Robinson as a remote Payroll Specialist. You'll be part of a close-knit team delivering personalized payroll services to over 575+ UK clients. In this role, you'll manage 50-100 payrolls, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
What You'll Do
- Process payrolls accurately for assigned clients, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation.
- Use payroll software to meet each client's specific requirements.
- Review payroll data, calculate pay, and obtain client approval before submission.
- Submit reports to HMRC, pension providers, and other authorities.
- Be the main contact for clients, providing professional and timely support.
- Answer queries and resolve payroll issues quickly and effectively.
- Build strong relationships that keep clients happy with the service.
- Stay current with UK payroll legislation and tax changes.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute improvement ideas.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate effectively with the team.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a payroll bureau environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
