What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end payroll for designated employee groups using SAP, ensuring accurate and timely processing each cycle. Take ownership of key projects that support organizational goals and drive process improvements.
Execute monthly and annual closing tasks as part of the payroll team, maintaining precision and adherence to deadlines. Act as a reliable resource for employees on matters involving labor regulations, social insurance, and payroll taxation.
Support operational audits by preparing documentation and providing expert input. Oversee timekeeping systems to ensure correct data flow into payroll calculations.
Requirements
You bring proven experience in managing payroll independently within SAP environments, with a solid grasp of monthly and year-end closing procedures. Your understanding of labor law, social insurance regulations, and payroll tax requirements enables you to advise confidently and accurately.
Prior involvement in audit support processes is essential, along with the ability to lead projects autonomously from planning to execution. You thrive in self-directed roles and maintain high standards without direct supervision.
Work Mode
This role allows nearly full remote work. Occasional travel to Stuttgart is required, ensuring alignment with team and operational needs while preserving flexibility.
