About the Role

International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is hiring a Payroll Coordinator to manage the organization’s payroll functions. You’ll ensure pay is processed accurately and on time while maintaining employee records and supporting cost-tracking through data collection.

What You'll Do

  • Administer payroll processing and collect data to maintain accurate records.
  • Implement, maintain, and review timekeeping and payroll systems for timely, accurate processing of salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to projects or pay rates.
  • Audit payroll information for accuracy.
  • Reconcile payroll hours, earnings, tax withholdings, wage garnishments, and voluntary deductions.
  • Participate in problem solving and special projects within the Payroll Department.
  • Maintain employees’ current resource data in all company systems.
  • Monitor the company Payroll email box and respond accurately and timely to all inquiries.
  • Work closely with Employees, Payroll, IT, and HR teams to resolve timesheet or payroll issues.
  • Generate regular compliance reports for timely submission and approval of timesheets.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • 1-2 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Strong quantitative skills, data analysis, and spreadsheet knowledge.
  • Solid customer relations skills and ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, a strong problem solver, and possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • ADP payroll system experience.

Team & Environment

Works with Employees, Payroll, Information Technology, and Human Resources teams.
