Liantis is hiring a Payroll assistant on site (Brussel / Vlaams-Brabant)

About the Role

As a Payroll Assistant, you will serve as a reliable point of contact for clients managing payroll and human resources administration. You'll work directly with employers and employees, either on-site or remotely, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll operations while providing practical HR support.

What You'll Do

  • Support clients throughout the payroll cycle, from data preparation to final processing
  • Handle personnel administration tasks, including drafting employment contracts and maintaining records
  • Act as a go-to resource for both employers and staff on HR-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal payroll specialists to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve client HR processes and suggest practical solutions
  • Engage in diverse projects that vary by client, adapting quickly to different needs and environments
  • Represent the organization professionally, reflecting its values in every interaction

Requirements

  • Proven background in payroll or personnel administration
  • Strong client service orientation with effective communication skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and solid understanding of French
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in complex situations
  • Comfort with adapting to new workplaces and shifting priorities
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel within the Brussels and Flemish Brabant region
  • Skill in uncovering underlying client needs and offering tailored advice

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Hora software
  • Interest in HR technology, particularly time tracking systems
