Hydro | Global is seeking a dedicated Payroll specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time. A key focus will be taking the lead on a large-scale redundancy program and managing intercompany recharges.
What You'll Do
- Support the processing of payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Manage payroll activities related to large-scale redundancy programs, including statutory payments, severance calculations, and compliance with employment legislation.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, pension schemes, and statutory deductions.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to finance and HR teams.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data and cost allocations.
- Stay updated on payroll legislation and company policies.
- Ensure all eligible employees are enrolled in the Company Pension Scheme (Legal & General).
- Produce and collate data, generating reports for business reasons (monthly, yearly, insurance).
- Provide data for Life Insurance, Private Health Insurance, and P11D’s.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests (e.g., Gender Pay Gap, Man Hours, Overtime).
