What You’ll Do
- Process withdrawal requests from start to finish, meeting strict service level expectations.
- Use internal admin systems to confirm user balances, review transaction history, and authorize disbursements.
- Conduct thorough validation checks to detect and block potentially fraudulent activity.

- Collaborate with support teams to provide accurate updates on delayed or failed withdrawals.
