MoonPay is looking for a Payment Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our payment flow operations to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze payment processing performance and transaction health
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and payment failures
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement process improvements
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing payment success rates
- Handle escalations related to payment operations and ensure timely resolution
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a payment operations, financial operations, or similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Mexico.
