DriveWhip is seeking a Patient Support Associate (Hospitalitarian) to join our Virtual Support Team. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional hospitality and service to patients, connecting them with clinical and administrative services, and improving their overall healthcare experience.

What You'll Do

Seek to understand each person you assist and their unique circumstances to provide unreasonable hospitality and service.
Connect individuals with Galileo's various services and teams, including clinical and administrative functions.
Complete administrative tasks such as processing insurance authorizations and collecting medical records.
Build strong connections, notice small details, and brainstorm solutions to improve processes and each person's experience.

What We're Looking For

A person who truly enjoys helping people and creatively resolves issues based on each person’s unique needs.
Someone excited to help people day in and day out while navigating a complex system.
A professional energized by providing high volume and high quality support in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the highest attention to detail.
Willingness to spend some time in an office with like-minded individuals.
You do not have a healthcare background (or are willing to forget everything you have learned).
Ability to speak both English and Spanish.
