Staffing for Doctors is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator with specific experience in functional medicine. You will be central to supporting the clinical team by ensuring smooth patient communication and managing critical clinical logistics.
What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to patient messages via online portals in a professional and timely manner.
- Place, track, and follow up on lab orders and shipments to ensure patients receive their kits or results promptly.
- Coordinate the ordering, inventory, and shipment of supplements and other patient materials.
- Maintain accurate records of all lab and supplement orders, shipments, and patient communications.
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure all patient needs and follow-ups are completed efficiently.
- Identify and resolve any order or shipment issues with vendors or patients.
- Support other administrative and patient care coordination tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in a medical administrative, patient coordination, or clinical support role.
- Familiarity with patient portals, EMR systems, and online communication tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
