Mass General Brigham (The McLean Hospital Corporation) was looking for a Patient Care Associate - 32 hr days

Mass General Brigham is looking for a Patient Care Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work under the direction of licensed personnel to assist patients with activities of daily living and basic clinical tasks, contributing to our commitment to exceptional patient care, research, teaching, and community service. This is a 32-hour per week, day shift, onsite position.

What You'll Do

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene.
  • Assist patients with turning, repositioning, and moving between bed and wheelchair.
  • Perform vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Complete all required documentation in the medical record.
  • Interact effectively with patients and their families.
  • Listen to patient health concerns and report them to nurses.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice to Have

  • 1-2 years experience working in patient care or elder care
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Certified Medical Assistant (National Certification)
  • Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic (Massachusetts)
  • Nursing Assistant (LNA - New Hampshire)

Works under the direction of licensed personnel.

Benefits & Compensation

  • $750 sign-on bonus
  • Compensation: $18.22 - $26.06/Hourly (Estimated minimum starting rate: $20.58 per hour)

Work Mode

This is an onsite position located at 1575 Cambridge Street.
