About the Role

Worldwide Flight Services is hiring a Passenger Service Instructor to deliver essential safety, security, and procedural training for airport customer service agents. In this role, you will be the key resource for initial and recurrent training, ensuring all personnel are up to date on the latest procedures and government regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide safety, security, and procedural training for airport customer service agents.
  • Conduct both initial and recurrent training requirements.
  • Monitor training records and perform computer data entry.
  • Instruct personnel on new procedures, WFS policies, and government regulations and directives.
  • Conduct audits and update local training manuals and SOPs as required.
  • Prepare or oversee flight documents.
  • Interface with TSA, FAA, local airport authority, and U.S. Customs & Border Patrol.
  • Monitor flight and passenger documentation and compliance of processing procedures.
  • Support training efforts as the primary job function and report corporate training.
  • Work with little or no supervision and communicate with all levels of management.
  • Report to work on a regular and timely basis.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be knowledgeable in all Federal Air Regulations pertaining to passenger ground handling and all Worldwide Flight Services procedures.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Ability to comply with the WFS site security plan.
  • Must remain cognizant of staff and visitor activities and report security breaches or non-compliance.

Nice to Have

  • Customer service experience preferably in airline or hospitality industry.
  • Must possess leadership qualities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
  • Current working knowledge of computer systems.
  • Current office or warehouse operational working experience preferred.

Team & Environment

You will report corporate training and work with all levels of management in communicating issues and making presentations.
