Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Parts & Service Consultant to join the Electric Power (EP) Integrated Services team. In this highly strategic role, you will be the central controller for the EP service growth project pipeline, managing the intake, prioritization, and execution of New Services Development (NSD) initiatives. Your work will blend portfolio management, critical thinking, and structured problem solving to accelerate services growth and maintain clear line of sight to our ambitious targets.
What You'll Do
- Develop executive-level presentations that inform and drive strategic dialogue during monthly business reviews
- Drive and sustain clear visibility to incremental services growth required to achieve 2030 targets
- Provide strategic oversight and governance of the end-to-end EP NSD project portfolio
- Design and lead recurring leadership portfolio reviews to drive alignment and prioritization of high-value initiatives
- Establish and enhance standardized gateway templates and governance documentation to support disciplined portfolio management
- Partner with Digital Analytics to develop and enhance dashboards that deliver clear visibility into portfolio performance and overall business impact
