OnePlan Solutions is looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to help grow and activate our global partner ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to support joint marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline through strategic partners. You’ll plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, partner events, and digital programs that enable partners to effectively promote OnePlan in market.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute a partner marketing strategy and GTM roadmap aligned with OnePlan’s business goals and partner leadership priorities.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with strategic partners and develop initiatives that support long-term growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing and leadership teams.
- Work closely with partners to develop joint go-to-market plans including co-marketing and sales initiatives.
- Plan and execute partner marketing campaigns across channels like email, social media, webinars, website content, and digital programs.
- Support inbound and outbound partner marketing activities such as joint events, advertising initiatives, campaign optimization, and co-branded assets.
- Develop creative partner campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Present campaign ideas and recommendations to partners based on their marketing maturity and market presence.
- Engage strategic partners to strengthen their ability to position and sell OnePlan through marketing, sales, and enablement support.
- Help ensure partners understand how to position OnePlan effectively and build internal champions who can deliver value to their customers.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas or driving significant revenue through partnerships.
- Openness and ability to travel.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
- Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once.
- Curious, proactive, and interested in learning how partnerships contribute to growth.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.

- Experience working with partner or channel ecosystems in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Exposure to co-marketing campaigns, partner events, or joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- An understanding of how marketing activity translates into pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Comfort collaborating with global partners or cross-regional teams.
- A natural curiosity about partnerships and how they influence growth in a SaaS business.
