Scout Motors is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and awareness through co-marketing campaigns with Britain's biggest retailers. In this role, you will design full-funnel campaigns, build deep marketing relationships with partners, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize performance.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across categories and channels—from go-to-market strategy through to monthly planning and optimisation.
- Identify campaign targets aligned with business goals: awareness, acquisition, engagement, and payments adoption across the entire customer journey.
- Partner with external media agencies, internal growth marketing, and brand teams to develop high-performing media plans and compelling creative.
- Build and nurture deep marketing relationships with merchant partners, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Proactively spot opportunities to optimise performance and accelerate growth together.
- Partner with the Sales team on strategic RFPs, developing bespoke marketing plans that win new business.
- Deliver sharp analysis, insights, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Use data to tell the story of campaign performance and to inform future improvements.
- Leverage retail industry knowledge and research to develop vertical-specific strategies.
- Be the merchant advocate inside Scout Motors—champion partner needs, drive process efficiencies, and share learnings.
- Manage partner marketing budgets, co-marketing calendars, and compliance submissions with rigour and care.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing in direct-to-consumer brands.
- A strategic marketing mindset with full-funnel planning expertise and a strong command of paid media strategy, planning, and measurement.
- A natural relationship builder and skilled negotiator who can influence stakeholders at every level.
- Strong analytical mind, fluent in marketing metrics, performance reporting, data-driven optimisation, and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Proven experience co-developing plans and launching integrated programmes with partners across multiple channels.
- A track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Creative, Consumer Product Marketing, and agency partners.
- Deep understanding of the British retail market and its unique dynamics.
- Online retail marketing expertise, with a clear sense of what works in e-commerce.
- Experience writing creative briefs, testing creative approaches, and iterating based on insights.
- Outstanding communication skills—clear, persuasive, and effective across teams and time zones.
- Self-motivated with a bias for action and a genuine desire to share knowledge with others.
Nice to Have
- Experience in home, consumer electronics, fashion, and/or travel verticals.
- Omnichannel retail expertise bridging online and in-store.
- European markets experience.

This role reports directly to the UK Marketing Director.

- Compensation: GBR base pay range per year: £98,000 - £138,000 + equity (Equity Grade - 5).
