About the Role

A-LIGN is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to support the rapid expansion of our partnership program. You will be the mastermind behind the partner marketing strategy, designing and executing programs that drive revenue, maximize partner activation, and acquire new customers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing programs.
  • Own the partner-facing communication strategy, including webinars, newsletters, and content.
  • Manage and curate partner resource libraries to support field enablement.
  • Analyze program performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Design partner-driven sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with events on partner-focused initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize and improve partner program effectiveness.
  • Lead partner marketing across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Develop the strategic vision for partner marketing and execute the comprehensive plan.
  • Own day-to-day execution for a wide range of partner marketing initiatives, including creative, budget, targeting, and reporting.
  • Develop strategies and materials for partner enablement; drive systems to educate and reward partners.
  • Develop the co-marketing activity calendar to support sales strategy.
  • Create and execute on quarterly marketing plans with partners to generate demand and meet sales and pipeline objectives.
  • Create and manage content, as needed, to support partner programs.
  • Develop content for partner marketing opportunities, including webinars, blog posts, talks, keynotes, social media, and PR.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders within the partner ecosystem and joint clients to drive programs forward.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of partner marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven problem solver that takes initiative.

Nice to Have

  • Marketing experience with a focus on demand generation or campaigns.
