About the Role

This position supports clinical trial recruitment by managing participant identification, engagement, and enrollment processes in alignment with study protocols and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential study participants using defined eligibility criteria
  • Conduct initial screening conversations with interested individuals
  • Schedule follow-up assessments for qualified candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth participant onboarding
  • Track recruitment metrics and report progress to supervisors
  • Respond to inquiries from potential participants via phone and email
  • Educate candidates about study requirements and procedures
  • Verify participant eligibility using medical and demographic data
  • Coordinate with referral sources and community partners
  • Support the development of recruitment materials and strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines
  • Attend team meetings to provide recruitment updates
  • Assist in refining outreach methods based on performance data
  • Manage calendars and appointment reminders for screening visits
  • Escalate complex cases to senior coordinators when necessary
  • Follow up with candidates who defer participation
  • Maintain confidentiality of participant information
  • Utilize electronic data systems for documentation and tracking
  • Support site readiness activities related to recruitment
  • Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to study-specific protocols and standard operating procedures
  • Prepare reports summarizing recruitment challenges and successes
  • Participate in training sessions on new studies or tools
