About the Role

Responsibilities

- Support the development of recruitment materials and strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines
- Attend team meetings to provide recruitment updates
- Assist in refining outreach methods based on performance data
- Manage calendars and appointment reminders for screening visits
- Escalate complex cases to senior coordinators when necessary
- Follow up with candidates who defer participation
- Maintain confidentiality of participant information
- Utilize electronic data systems for documentation and tracking
- Support site readiness activities related to recruitment
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives
