The Flex is hiring a Part-Time Virtual Travel Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter Management professional. This dual-focus role involves managing individual client travel arrangements while also growing our team of remote assistants.
What You'll Do
- Book accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.
- Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
- Identify potential individuals who can assist with travel bookings.
- Promote the opportunity to work as a travel assistant under a commission-based model.
- Onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively book trips using online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Track and manage performance, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.
