Motion Industries is hiring a Part Time Retail Assistant for its Repco store in Browns Bay. In this customer-facing role, you'll be essential in providing excellent service, contributing to store sales, and ensuring a well-presented showroom.
What You'll Do
- Provide genuine, memorable customer service to create lasting impressions.
- Use selling skills to contribute directly to the store's sales performance.
- Work collaboratively as a team player to support the store's success.
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and merchandising.
- Process stock and ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
What We're Looking For
- A people person with a passion for customer service.
- Confidence working in a retail/sales environment with diverse customers.
- Strong communication skills and an excellent phone manner.
- A team-focused individual with a proactive, 'can do' attitude.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in retail and/or customer service.
