Position Overview
Help shape the in-store experience as a Part Time Men's Accessories Brand Ambassador in Seattle, WA. Working 20 hours per week, you'll represent a distinguished line of men’s accessories, including neckwear, leather goods, jewelry, footwear, and gift items. Your focus will be on enhancing product visibility, supporting retail staff, and ensuring brand standards are met across partner stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute in-store merchandising according to client guidelines, including restocking and display optimization
- Follow plan-o-grams and store-specific instructions received via online platforms or direct communication
- Maintain consistent contact with your manager through email and phone updates
- Build trusted relationships with store employees and management teams
- Educate retail staff on product features and benefits through informal sessions or structured training
- Track performance metrics using 'By Door' Selling methods to assess brand performance at individual locations
- Manage time efficiently across in-store hours, administrative tasks, and travel between locations
- Adhere to all store policies, including check-in procedures, dress code, and safety protocols
Qualifications
Applicants must be professional, personable, and self-motivated. Availability for weekend shifts is required. You must have reliable transportation and access to a computer with internet and email capabilities. The role involves prolonged standing and walking, as well as lifting items over 50 pounds. Comfort using ladders and navigating stairs is essential. Prior experience in merchandising or sales is a plus, but not required.
