Transdev is seeking a Paratransit Dispatcher/Reservationist to oversee road service through communication with Operators and provide dedicated customer support. You will be a key player in ensuring safe and efficient service for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Oversee road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, and incidents.
- Provide customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips including no shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
- Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators and act as liaison between the carrier and emergency services.
- Manage daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years' experience dispatching
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable
- Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
Nice to Have
- A Technical Degree is preferred.

- Compensation: $19.64 per hour
- Vacation: up to 14 days per year
- Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly for full-time employees / 5 hrs monthly for part-time employees
