Your Career
The Technical Consulting Director is a unique services role where you'll be part of a collaborative team of innovators sharing expertise to secure clients. You'll help shape future products and services, advocating for features that improve client experiences and reduce cybersecurity risks. You'll integrate perspectives from diverse industries, geographies, and organizational structures.
Your Impact
- Lead red and purple team assessments, assumed breach evaluations, ransomware resilience assessments, and social-engineering assessments
- Demonstrate deep technical expertise in multiple domains:
* Artificial intelligence
* Telecommunications infrastructure
* Cloud, DevOps, and Application security
* Operating systems
* Active directory and identity-related attacks
* Exploit & malware development
- Drive service line improvements through tooling, automation, and methodology enhancements
- Conduct cloud penetration testing across various platforms
- Lead scoping conversations with clients, presenting technical approaches
- Determine engagement processes and procedures
- Manage client communications and technical matters
- Lead multi-staged engagements to completion
- Mentor team members and demonstrate leadership
- Travel up to 30% internationally within the region
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 12+ years of professional cybersecurity experience focused on Red/Purple Teaming
- Comprehensive understanding of malicious software
- Ability to create custom exploits manually
- Expertise in payload weaponization
- Experience with Active Directory, identity systems, and cyber kill chain
- Proficiency in penetration testing across platforms
- Scripting and programming skills
- Experience with threat-intelligence frameworks
- Track record of innovation and emerging technology adaptation
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Three or more professional industry certifications, such as:
* Offensive Security Certifications
* CREST Certifications
* GIAC Red Team Professional
* Published research or tooling in offensive security
