Job Summary As a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation, you'll be the specialist for our Cortex portfolio—a Next-Generation AI-powered security operations platform. You'll play a crucial role in defining technical solutions addressing customers' critical business imperatives. Your mission involves evangelizing our industry-leading solutions in Security Intelligence, Automation, XDR, Attack Surface Management, SOAR, and Incident Response to establish our company as the preferred cybersecurity partner. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your specialized area - Present to customers as our expert across all organizational levels - Serve as primary technical contact for Cortex, assisting and responding effectively to RFIs/RFPs - Lead and support customer demonstrations showcasing our unique value proposition - Scope and manage Proof of Value projects for prospective customers and partners - Drive high technical validation and PoV win rates - Articulate product alignment with customer requirements and differentiate our offerings - Design solutions strengthening and simplifying customer security postures - Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases - Assist customers in developing services around Cortex solutions - Lead discussions about industry trends and emerging security landscape changes - Discuss competitive marketplace offerings with credibility - Position appropriate service implementations - Initiate performance improvement projects - Implement organizational policies - Act as communication conduit for customer feedback to various internal departments Qualifications Your Experience - 6+ years experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering - IBM QRadar design, deployment, and/or pre-sales experience highly desirable - Customer engagement experience demonstrating problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of Security Operations Center processes - Advanced knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR solutions - Scripting experience preferred (Python) - Field sales position with potential travel requirements Additional Information The Team Our Domain Consultant team collaborates globally to protect digital environments.
