Ramp was looking for a Paid Ads Creative Designer | Contract

Ramp is looking for a Paid Ads Creative Designer on a contract basis. You will create high-performing image and video assets for paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Your primary focus will be translating complex B2B value propositions into thumb-stopping creative that balances premium visuals with clear business messaging.

What You'll Do

  • Produce 2–3 new high-quality ad creatives per week across static, GIF, and short-form video formats.
  • Ideate and execute creative specifically targeted to reach the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Brainstorm creative concepts that stand out in competitive social feeds.
  • Adapt creative ideas across multiple platforms and aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9).
  • Bring a polished, modern, and on-brand visual style to every asset.
  • Incorporate data and feedback from past campaign performance into new creative iterations.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team on creative strategy and concepting.
  • Design and edit video and static assets for multiple paid social platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all deliverables.
  • Share fresh creative ideas proactively, inspired by industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Support ongoing creative testing with rapid design iterations.
  • Help improve click-through and conversion rates with impactful, relevant creative.

What We're Looking For

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Comfortable editing short-form video using Premiere, After Effects, or similar software.
  • Deeply familiar with paid social ad creative best practices.
  • Understands B2B audiences and can make complex offerings feel simple and compelling.
  • Organized, responsive, and able to work on fast turnaround timelines.

Nice to Have

  • Prior B2B advertising or enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Ability to combine design and copy ideas for highly scroll-stopping ads.
  • Familiar with best practices for paid creative on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Can work quickly without sacrificing quality.
