This role supports daily warehouse functions at the Loughton site, focusing on efficient and compliant logistics operations. You'll handle the picking, packaging, and dispatch of consumables, spare parts, and finished products, ensuring all steps align with ISO9001 requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment and a company vehicle for internal transfers and external transportation of goods
- Receive incoming deliveries and accurately log them into the SAP/MFG system
- Maintain precise inventory records with careful data entry and real-time updates
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and in line with high housekeeping standards
- Report potential delays or issues to your supervisor promptly to maintain workflow
- Follow all health and safety protocols and adhere to the required dress code
- Support team development by sharing knowledge when asked
- Stay informed about departmental procedures and comply with company policies
Qualifications
You should have experience operating transport vehicles and familiarity with SAP or similar MFG systems. Knowledge of ISO9001 in a warehouse context is essential, along with strong attention to detail in data handling. You must be reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining clean, compliant workspaces. Clear communication with supervisors about operational challenges is expected.
