Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring an Owner Marketing Associate to play a crucial role in supporting our Owners and driving sales. In this position, you will re-engage ownership utilization through the sale of vacation packages that drive resort visits and sales tours, setting the stage for success for our sales organization.

What You'll Do

• Support Owners and drive sales through outbound engagement.
• Re-engage ownership utilization by selling vacation packages that drive resort visits and sales tours.
• Set the stage for sales success by exciting Owners about their upcoming vacation and ensuring they understand their obligation to attend an Owner Review meeting.
• Adhere to all department scripting expectations and reservations fulfillment policies, including gifting parameters.
• Accurately reflect all package details and qualification requirements, selling ethically at all times.
• Properly utilize outbound dialing technology, Concierge, and VSSA systems for accurate call handling, sales completion, and account documentation.
• Maintain minimum sales and conversion quotas.
• Support special offers, projects, and promotional campaigns as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the timeshare or telemarketing industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
• Diligent, coachable, and positive demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Computer knowledge and experience working with multiple screens.
