Ten Group is looking for an Overnight Concierge Mandarin & Cantonese Speaker to serve as a Lifestyle Manager for our high-net-worth members across the APAC region. In this remote role based in Malaysia, you will deliver world-class, personalized concierge service using your fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor for premium members, delivering personalized assistance across dining, travel, entertainment, retail, and lifestyle needs.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with members via phone, chat, and email.
- Handle and resolve complex, high-touch requests with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proactively recommend services and experiences aligned with member preferences and past usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and follow-up on every request.
- Translate and localize member communications where needed (Mandarin/Cantonese).
- Maintain strong documentation in internal CRM systems.

- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (both spoken and written).
- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent time management & multitasking skills.

- Legal right to work in Malaysia.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in luxury, hospitality, or concierge services.
- Familiarity with APAC markets, especially Greater China.
- Experience supporting high-net-worth or VIP clients.
- Experience supporting Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in customer service, dining, ticketing, or hospitality.
