What You'll Do
- Manage outsourcing processes and third-party risks in line with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence for third-party service providers.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of outsourcing relationships, from selection to termination.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding outsourcing.
- Monitor and report on the performance and risks of third-party relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in outsourcing management or third-party risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, such as MaRisk and BAIT.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and due diligence processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
