HexArmor is hiring an Outside Sales Representative - Footwear (Independent Contractor)

Responsibilities

  • Locate and establish partnerships with new retail outlets for safety footwear within a designated region.
  • Introduce the brand and its footwear offerings to potential retail clients and cultivate new business relationships.
  • Grow distribution in specialty workwear and safety footwear retail channels.
  • Pinpoint local retail prospects and negotiate product placement and shelf availability in target stores.
  • Create and execute a regional plan to enhance market coverage and boost sales performance.
  • Nurture and maintain current retail account relationships.
  • Collaborate with store decision-makers to broaden product selection and improve sales velocity.
  • Deliver continuous product education and assistance to retail employees.
  • Support retailers in optimizing product displays and in-store visibility.
  • Offer product expertise and application advice to retail partners.
  • Showcase the footwear line to both prospective and current retail clients.
  • Lead in-store presentations and live product demonstrations.
  • Educate retail teams on product specifications, advantages, and ideal use cases.
  • Represent the brand professionally during client interactions and industry functions.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate brand representation in all retail environments.
  • Collaborate with the field engagement team to uncover retail leads from end-user outreach.
  • Bridge end-user demand with purchasing opportunities at local retail levels.
  • Target industries and job applications within the region where the footwear offers a competitive advantage.
  • Assist retail partners in capitalizing on local customer demand.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on regional marketing efforts that support retail accounts and brand visibility.
  • Support merchandising execution to strengthen brand presence in stores.
  • Use product catalogs, digital content, and point-of-sale materials to drive retail sales.
  • Take part in regional product rollouts, promotions, and retailer engagement activities.
  • Find opportunities for localized marketing efforts that benefit retail partners and increase foot traffic.
  • Support training initiatives and educational programs for retail staff.
