ELVTR is hiring an Outreach Specialist to play a key role in growing our network of expert instructors. You will contribute to building a robust pipeline of potential instructors for our courses by conducting systematic research and outreach.
What You'll Do
- Follow developed sourcing strategies to identify potential instructors via LinkedIn and other sources.
- Establish initial contact with potential instructors.
- Collaborate with pre-production team members to understand requirements and execute established sourcing strategies.
- Keep a well-organized record of potential candidates and maintain regular communication.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience as an Outreach Specialist or SDR.
- Confident user of LinkedIn as a tool for research and building pipelines.
- Upper-intermediate level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management and initiative.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, perform well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Experience with AI Tools for outreach.
- Comfortable working with different industries (technology, gaming, publishing).
