Porter Cares, Inc. is looking for an Outbound Scheduler to join our Healthcare Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactive scheduling and supporting the sales pipeline through outbound coordination.
What You'll Do
- Execute outbound scheduling activities to support the healthcare sales process
- Manage and coordinate calendars and appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with sales team members to optimize lead flow
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an outbound scheduling, sales support, or call center role
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located in or near Phoenix, AZ.
