About the Role

This role is responsible for initiating and developing new sales opportunities by identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, and qualifying leads to support the broader sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets
  • Initiate contact with prospects through phone and email
  • Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns to generate interest
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities
  • Follow up with prospects to advance sales conversations
  • Collaborate with sales managers on lead strategy
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes
  • Meet or exceed monthly outreach and conversion targets
  • Adapt messaging based on feedback and performance
  • Stay updated on product offerings and value propositions
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during outreach
  • Respond to inbound inquiries when required
  • Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
  • Contribute to process improvements in lead generation
  • Work within defined sales playbooks and guidelines
  • Manage time effectively to maximize productivity
  • Build rapport with prospects through consistent communication
  • Escalate qualified opportunities to account executives
