What You'll Do
Reach out to potential clients using cold calls, targeted emails, and social media to create new sales opportunities. You'll use HubSpot to manage outreach and track interactions, ensuring every lead is nurtured effectively.
Learn the ideal customer profile quickly and tailor conversations to uncover prospect needs. Schedule meetings between qualified leads and sales executives, helping move opportunities forward in the pipeline.
Collaborate with marketing on account-based initiatives and warm outreach campaigns to generate marketing-qualified accounts. Support event engagement by driving attendance for webinars and setting appointments around trade shows and conferences.
Use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and decision-making in daily workflows. Keep CRM records up to date with detailed notes from each interaction and deliver regular performance updates to leadership.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, with a history of meeting or exceeding lead generation goals
- Proven ability to prospect and engage new accounts through cold outreach
- Familiarity with SaaS products and the sales cycle
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken form
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems creatively
- Self-driven with resilience to adapt and improve after setbacks
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Passion for technology that improves public safety and emergency response operations
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a first responder is considered an advantage but is not required.
