About the Role
This position is responsible for driving outbound sales initiatives by identifying and engaging potential clients across Latin America. The representative will conduct outreach, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline using structured communication strategies and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound communication campaigns to prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities through research and targeted outreach
- Conduct initial discovery calls to assess client needs and interest
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the customer relationship management system
- Follow established sales processes and workflows for consistent outreach
- Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries generated by outbound efforts
- Track and report on key performance metrics daily and weekly
- Adapt communication style to suit different industries and decision-makers
- Stay informed about product updates and market positioning
- Engage prospects through phone, email, and social platforms
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques
- Meet or exceed monthly outreach and qualification targets
- Contribute feedback from the field to improve sales materials and strategies
