fonio GmbH is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) FR to build a structured, predictable outbound engine for the French-speaking market. You will identify target accounts, start conversations, and convert them into qualified meetings and pipeline for our Account Executives.
What You'll Do
- Conduct account research to understand our segments, map personas, and buying centers.
- Execute trigger-based prospecting using signals like hiring, funding, or tech stack changes.
- Run multi-channel outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and test new channels.
- Build, run, and iterate on outreach sequences based on hypotheses and measurement.
- Qualify prospects quickly by asking the right questions and booking strong meetings.
- Handle clean handoffs to Account Executives with context, pain points, and next steps.
- Collaborate daily with Sales and Marketing to continuously grow the pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or telesales, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong phone presence and comfort with cold calling.
- Structured execution with discipline for follow-ups and pipeline hygiene.
- Solid product and tech curiosity, with the ability to learn fast and communicate value clearly.
- Native-level French (or C2) and fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Comfortable using a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce.
