About the Role

Careers is hiring an Outbound Reservations Sales Specialist to join our mission of putting the world on vacation. In this fully remote role, you will proactively contact vacation owners, present compelling offers, and drive sales revenue from your home office.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales and revenue by proactively contacting owners, presenting compelling vacation offers, and successfully closing bookings.
  • Engage with enthusiasm to establish rapport, uncover travel desires, and craft personalized offers.
  • Master consultative selling by conducting discovery conversations to identify owner needs and create urgency.
  • Overcome objections by confidently handling resistance, highlighting value, and tailoring solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional service by providing expert guidance, securing accommodations, and addressing concerns.
  • Educate and upsell owners about vacation club benefits, upgrades, and protection plans.
  • Exceed performance goals including call conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction scores.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain resilient in a dynamic, results-focused environment.
  • Must reside in the states of Florida or South Carolina.
  • Must be able to report to a Florida or South Carolina location for new hire paperwork on day one.
  • Quiet workplace free of distractions and background noise.
  • High-speed internet: Download speed of 20 mbps, upload speed of 3 mbps, average ping below 100ms.
  • Must be able to hardwire computer directly to a router.
  • Must have own personal device with a working camera for the first week of training.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues while at home.

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or high-volume customer contact.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in Florida or South Carolina.
