Responsibilities
- Gather business needs and design technical solutions for diverse transportation projects and ongoing support initiatives.
- Assist project teams in defining IT solution requirements, participating in customer demos and meetings, and shaping solution designs.
- Oversee execution of IT project components following established DevOps practices.
- Lead IT development tasks according to customer specifications while complying with supplier governance standards.
- Deliver technical support for active clients, including handling change requests and new software releases.
- Handle project deployment, post-warranty assistance, and go-live operations support.
- Foster strong collaboration with business and IT stakeholders through consistent communication across all project phases.
- Take on additional assignments or responsibilities as directed by senior leadership.
- Conduct workshops to analyze business requirements and identify gaps during template-driven implementations.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with project personnel, clients, business units, and external vendors.
- Create detailed test cases and testing procedures.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement test automation.
- Lead or conduct IT testing activities and assist in user acceptance testing processes.
- Prepare training documentation for internal teams and customer personnel.
