StraitsX is hiring an OTC Sales Trader to support the pricing, execution, and settlement of over-the-counter digital asset trades for institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients. You will work closely with senior traders, sales, and operations teams to gain hands-on exposure to crypto markets and OTC trade workflows.

What You'll Do

Provide real-time OTC pricing, trade negotiation, and execution.
Assist in trade negotiation preparation and client communication.
Help monitor market conditions such as price movements, volatility, and liquidity.
Assist in sourcing liquidity from internal systems, exchanges, and external partners under supervision.
Support order management while following established trading limits, risk controls, and compliance guidelines.
Assist with settlement and post-trade processes, including wallet confirmations and basic reconciliation.
Maintain accurate trade records and support reporting or documentation needs.
Participate in client onboarding discussions to learn about trading mechanics and settlement flows.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and contribute ideas for improving OTC processes.

What We're Looking For

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets, trading, and digital assets.
Basic understanding of financial markets or trading concepts.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to follow procedures and compliance requirements.
Ability to work well in a team and take feedback positively.
