Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee the planning and execution of organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address change impacts.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support change adoption.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
  • Manage risks and issues related to organizational changes.

  • Identify and mitigate resistance to change within the organization.

  • Develop and deliver training materials and resources for change initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards during changes.
