Syntegon Technology GmbH is hiring for a 12-month PreMaster internship program designed for Bachelor graduates aiming to pursue a Master's degree. You will support organizational development, employer branding, and cultural transformation projects within our Human Resources department.
What You'll Do
- Support organizational development by assisting in change management projects and accompanying transformation processes.
- Work on culture and transformation projects, contributing to initiatives that promote company culture and increase employee engagement.
- Support the development and implementation of the employer branding strategy to position Syntegon as an attractive employer.
- Create target-group-specific content for various channels, including LinkedIn posts and career page updates.
- Support the optimization of internal onboarding and offboarding processes.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, Psychology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Very good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- A high level of initiative and an independent, responsible way of working.
- Pronounced organizational talent.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Very good German and English language skills.
Nice to Have
- First theoretical or practical experience in Human Resources, Communication, and/or Organizational Development.
- Knowledge of Cornerstone.
