Schlage Lock Company LLC is looking for an Order Management Representative 1 to coordinate our supply chain logistics and oversee the order fulfillment process. You will ensure customer orders are accurately entered and develop plans to fulfill them while maximizing sales and minimizing waste, supporting our mission of creating peace of mind by pioneering safety and security.
What You'll Do
- Ensure customer orders are appropriately entered into the order management system.
- Measure product demand and develop purchasing, inventory, or production plans to fulfill orders.
- Seek to maximize sales and revenue while minimizing cost and waste.
- Confirm details and availability of large, complex, or custom orders.
- Contact customers regarding backordered orders or orders that cannot be fulfilled.
- Provide customer services relating to sales, promotions, installations, and communications.
- Ensure good customer relations are maintained and that claims are resolved fairly and effectively.
- Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
- Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
What We're Looking For
- HS Diploma/GED
- 6+ months of customer service or order entry experience.
- Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
