Agfa Healthcare is seeking an Order and Delivery Coordination Specialist to join our ESSC Consumables team. In this role, you will be the central point for handling customer orders for Agfa Consumables products, ensuring a smooth process from request to delivery.
What You'll Do
- Receive, record, process, and follow up on customer orders and requests.
- Track customer orders and deliveries, providing timely updates to customers.
- Manage customer enquiries concerning product availability, deliveries, forecasting, invoicing, and returns.
- Follow up on supply issues, aligning internally and keeping customers informed.
- Organize or request urgent transport when required.
- Promote and support the use of the Agfa Graphics Internet Sales tool.
- Work closely with local, country, and HQ teams including Sales, Credit, and Supply Chain.
- Register complaints, follow them up, and update customers on resolution.

Team & Environment
You will interact daily with Agfa Accounts and Sales personnel, Sales Management, the Credit & Collection Department, and HQ Supply Chain and Logistics teams, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.
