Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer orders and requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up
- Monitor order progress and delivery timelines, providing updates to customers as needed
- Handle customer inquiries related to product availability, delivery schedules, forecasting, billing, and return processes
- Address supply chain disruptions by coordinating internally and keeping customers informed of resolution steps
- Arrange expedited shipping solutions when urgent delivery is required
- Encourage and assist customers in using the company's online sales platform for ordering
- Collaborate with regional teams and headquarters to ensure seamless operations
- Log customer complaints, track resolution progress, and communicate updates to affected parties
