Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements for Oracle solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Configure and maintain Oracle applications (ERP Cloud or EBS) in accordance with business needs.
- Lead functional workshops, process mapping sessions, and gap analysis exercises.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend appropriate Oracle-based solutions.
- Support data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute functional testing (SIT/UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and test scripts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, business requirements, and Oracle best practices.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS)
- Proven experience in at least one Oracle module (Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their alignment with Oracle systems
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration
- Ability to manage stakeholders and adapt to evolving business requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required
- Must have experience working for US clients
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of integrations, reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), and data management concepts is preferred
- Familiarity with implementation methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
