Deloitte is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant to join our Execution Services team. You will provide expert support for Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management solutions, working directly with clients to solve problems, configure systems, and ensure effective HR technology operations.
What You'll Do
- Interact directly with clients to analyze HR technology problems and develop effective solutions.
- Configure and test the Oracle Cloud HCM system to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Document implemented solutions and provide expert advice on best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure smooth human capital management operations.
- Understand client business requirements to ensure effective user training and knowledge transfer.
- Configure the Oracle Cloud solution and help the client test it.
- Collaborate with the client to convert old technical requirements related to data and documents.
- Assist the integration consulting team in developing, configuring, and testing integrations between HCM and custom or third-party solutions.
- Understand and utilize Oracle's implementation methodology.
- Assess the impact of Oracle's quarterly releases and make recommendations to clients.
- Participate in cloud environment reviews to ensure they meet security and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in support and consulting services for Oracle HCM solutions.
- Mastery of Oracle HCM Cloud, including core HR modules, talent management, and other related modules.
- Strong understanding of SQL, system integrations, and data analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- A demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required due to the nature of the role involving interactions with national and global clients and project teams.
Nice to Have
- Relevant Oracle HCM certifications are highly desirable.
